In India almost 85% cases filed under DV /498 A proved fake at later stage of investigation, that's why laws made for women protection under these sections are loosing it's reliability.
There are valid serveys which proved that such cases are filed mostly under EGO and greediness of a woman and her parents. People who support and encourage them to file and fight such complaints actually adds fuel in that.
In most of the cases woman carries 3 stages (STARTING OF FAIRY TALE) :
Stage 1, woman feels so enthusiastic, energetic and fill with proud that she is living in a country where most of the matrimonial laws are women centric. She feel and believe that a single complaint from her is enough to spoil her partner's and his family's life and entire career. She does everything which make other party's life hell and she find satisfaction in seeing other person in huge troubles,getting harrased, abused, strange thing is she even find satisfaction in seeing old aged or minor children crying. Here she believes in single philosophy “ more tears /pain from other side, more happiness for her and her parents”. As I said in first stage she gets a lot of shoulders to support and encourage to show her women empowerment. She at times feels that she lead the world and often sees herself at 7th cloud.
Stage 2 (EXECUTION OF FAIRY TALE) :. As planned after giving so many threats to her husband and family, if her greedy deeds are not fulfilled, in some cases (mostly a boy and his family settle the matter at first stage only by obliging all her instructions) she files all the complaints in police, court, women cell, at times social media, neighbours, relatives, common friends, colleagues and create a huge group of followers/ supporters for her. Needless to say by now she is used too to get attention of people and here she starts treating herself as celebrity who put all her efforts to discuss her fake fighting stories with others and she get lot of attention too (specially from other gender, needless to say why). She start getting group of time-pass people (who expect some thing in return) around her to support her in legal, social , financial battles. Need not to mention that in current world nothing comes free, since everything comes with a price tag, people who helped her start taking advantage also, and trust me she also enjoys it big time as she has no boundaries now. So far everything is going as per her plan. She win/lose doesn't matter, as her plan anyways got successful and she was able to spoil a person and his family's life in all ways. Social, financial,emotional everything at this stage is spoiled for other person which breaks them completely in all directions of life.
Stage 3 (End of fairy tale)
As we all know there is only one thing constant in the world and that is CHANGE, so from here it's time for a change. Most exiting and realisitic stage starts now, battle over she WON (emotionally and financially) and till some extent satisfy her EGO as well. Now she and her parents start becoming accountant and calculate what spent, what earned, how much money they have got what payments they need to make etc etc. In intial time of this stage one thing which they completely skip from their mind is RESPECT may be so far they have been so shameless and greedy in doing their evelish act, they don't realise that there is still something watching them continually. That's KARMA , which is not gender biased, luckily. Now for the time being she and her parents enjoys life with the hard earned money they have extorted from other person in living a levish life but that usually goes for a very short time.
Very soon her family members and specially she feels that party time is over, and now she start finding people to support her emotionally which were there earlier while fighting. Frankly and practically saying she does not get many people perhaps very few people even like to talk about her stories now, including relatives. Nobody find interest in the same old story which is settled that too as per your requirements, so people start moving away and start getting busy in their lifes. Now it's time when she understand that not everything can be bought by money and it's not only money which can bring peace and happiness in your life. Known people start avoiding her and unknown people feels hesitate to talk with her when they get to know about her CRIMINAL past. This actually becomes an Isolated phase for her.
On the other side husband who has just recovered from a tough and worst phase of life and lost almost everything respect, money etc etc now actually feels like re-birth and find joy in his new life without the EVIL. Remember a person who has nothing to loose has everything to gain :):). So from here he start building his and his family member's life, he might have loose everything but have got a lesson for lifetime which is sooo precious.
The evil from here start getting bore as she does not find much people and many things to do. Her EGO would have gone by now. EGO is the first thing leaves you when you are empty handed , it support you only by the time you have things to lose. Now she want and try to jell up with people and start thinking about getting settled in life again but NO OPTIONS LEFT for such women.
I don't think anyone wants to get settled with a lady who has such a bright past atleast not decent people, I will never even think about it.
She might get temporary time pass people again as she used to get earlier and enjoyed but that will only add fuel in her burning life. By now I am sure she or her parents will not prefer temporary relations perhaps they will try for a proper relationship again.
After all failures now in most of the cases she will try talking with the person she spoiled earlier( her husband) but if the person is sensible and wise enough(must be by now) then he will never ever entertain such lady again.
She will end up finding herself alone and isolated, so she will get what she gave.
Anyone who feel offensive can do a google and see the realistic incidents posted by many women who realised very late that it was not her husband but her EGO,GREED ,HER PARENTS, FAKE SUPPORTERS etc who spoiled her life.
